The owners' mission in developing this Facility is to provide Cost Effective, Individualized, Innovative, and Progressive Outpatient Physical Therapy Services to the Community and Surrounding Areas... Coastal Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is also a Teaching Facility that has affiliations with various Local, State, and Out of State Universities. Through Research and Clinical Instruction, we feel an obligation to assist in the development of our field and education of future Physical Therapists... Coastal Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is a Locally Owned and Operated Comprehensive Outpatient Orthopedic Facility, to return our patients safely and quickly to their previous levels of functional ability.
