Angela M. Lu

Dr. Lu is from Decatur, GA. She attended Druid Hills High School in Decatur and received a B.B.A. degree from the University of Georgia. Dr. Lu obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where she was awarded an academic merit scholarship. Following graduation, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency program at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. During Dr. Lu's residency, she received advanced training in Complex Case Treatment Planning, IV and Oral Sedation, Implant Placement and Restoration, Periodontal Surgery, Oral Surgery, Root Canal Treatments, Full Mouth Reconstruction, among many other procedures. She enjoys educating her patients about their dental health and has a strong focus on providing patients with the highest quality of comprehensive dental care. Dr. Lu is an active member in the dental community and obtained a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI). She has taken over 500 continuing education (C.E.) courses and continues to remain informed of the latest research to provide her patients access to the most advanced dental procedures. She is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry. In addition to English, Dr. Lu is also fluent in Korean and Chinese. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, traveling, and cooking.
