Anne Bostain

Officially Anne coordinates all the courses and works to build relationships with our hosts. She also keeps the rest of us moving in the right direction.

Billie Taylor

Lieutenant (ret.) Billie Taylor began her career in 2000 when she was hired by the Lakeland Police Department in central Florida where she served in the following capacities: Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Domestic Violence Response Officer, Breath Test Operator, Explorer Advisor, Honor Guard, Community Policing/Bicycle Unit, Downtown Liaison Officer, Hostage Negotiator, Background Investigator, and worked undercover in multiple high-level drug investigations. As a Police Sergeant, she served as a Uniformed Patrol Supervisor, Criminal Investigations Supervisor and as the Training/Recruiting/Hiring and Background Investigations Supervisor.

Bryan McNabb

Bryan McNabb is an Instructor for Command Presence Training. He is the lead instructor and co-author of Decision Making: The Foundation of Reasonable Force and Active Shooter: Awareness, Prevention, and Response.

Bryan Pizzuti

Job Titles:

Lieutenant Bryan Pizzuti began his career working in various social service positions. As a Family Unification Specialist, he developed family service plans to assist reunification of parents with their children who were ordered to surrender their parental rights. Bryan was also an Intake Crisis Counselor responsible for the initial assessment and referral of individuals in crisis with mental health and/or chemical dependency needs.

Dr. John Robinson

Chief John Robison began his law enforcement career late in 2001 at the Alpharetta Police Department in Alpharetta, Georgia. He left Alpharetta in 2011 to work at the Powder Springs Police Department, becoming Chief of Police in 2015. John was fortunate enough to be able to return to Alpharetta in January of 2017 as the Public Safety Chief, where he is currently serving.

John Bostain - President

John Bostain is the President of Command Presence, LLC. John has committed the last 23 years to law enforcement, 20 of which have been as a law enforcement trainer. He has presented nationally and internationally on contemporary law enforcement topics such as dynamics of officer/citizen encounters, use of force, human performance factors, and instructor development. He's certified as a Force Analyst by the Force Science Institute (FSI) and holds a B.S.Ed in Adult Education from Valdosta State University.

Michael Warren

Michael Warren is a 23 year veteran of the Novi Police Department in the Detroit Metropolitan area. During his time with his agency he has served as a patrol officer, FTO, detective, DEA Task Force Officer, patrol sergeant, and Training and Standards Sergeant and oversaw the agency's use of force training program. Michael is a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA) and International Association of Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors (IALEFI). Michael lives with his wife and four children in Michigan.

Paul Beasinger

A graduate of Michigan State University, Paul's background includes 25 years of law enforcement experience and almost three decades of experience in training and martial arts. Paul developed and oversaw the Training Division of one of Michigan's largest agencies before he retired at the rank of lieutenant from the Lansing (MI) Police Department. Paul is a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainer's Association (ILEETA), the Association of Force Investigators (AFI) and is an active member of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP - Capitol City Lodge #141).

Rick Taylor

Rick Taylor is a law enforcement professional who's committed the last 27 years to serving his community. He is currently an Assistant Chief of Police for the Lakeland Police Department in Lakeland Florida and oversees Patrol Operations. He has worked in every division of his agency, at all levels, before attaining his current rank. He spent much of his career on SWAT while teaching multiple high- liability topics for his agency, the local police academy and throughout the Southeast United States. Rick is a FBI National Academy graduate (class 261), Senior Management Institute for Police - PERF graduate and holds a Masters of Public Administration degree from Troy University. He is also an active member of the Florida Police Chief's Association while serving on their Training and Standards Board.

Robert Greenwood

Robert Greenwood has 35 years of experience working for the Michigan Department of Corrections in prison administration and community corrections. He has worked as a corrections officer, resident unit officer, transportation officer, trainer, cell block supervisor, captain, and deputy director of safety and security at the Center for Forensic Psychiatry. Robert has also worked in community corrections as a parole agent, probation officer and retiring as a Probation Manager. Robert's dedication and excellence have been recognized by MDOC via an accommodation letter for his bravery acts during a prison riot in 1995 at the Gus Harrison Correctional Facility; accommodation letter for working on the Parole Mental Health Unit; Manager for the development of policies and procedures and the physical move from the old to the new Center for Forensic Psychiatry; Published in American Society of Industrial Security, (ASIS), Security Business Practices Reference, Volume VI. Boosting Standards Compliance; and Co-authored, "Patient Transition to a State Psychiatric Hospital."

Victor Lauria

Victor dedicated 27 years serving the people of the City of Novi, Michigan. During his career, he served in a wide variety of positions including a detective, undercover narcotics officer, canine handler, crisis negotiator and numerous supervisory roles. Victor's dedication and excellence have been recognized by his community and several national and state organizations, including the National Retail Federation, International Narcotics Officers Association and the Michigan Council of Private Investigators. One of his interrogations was profiled by the National Geographic Channel documentary titled "The Science of Interrogation."
