CraigCare is an approved and fully accredited aged care provider. We comply with the Aged care Quality Standards as required by the Australian Aged Care Quality Safety Commission (ACQSC/The Commission). The Commission assesses and monitors quality of care and services against the Aged Care Quality Standards and covers such areas as consumer dignity and choice, personal care and clinical care, services and supports for daily living, organisational service environment and governance processes, human resources, as well as complaints and feedback. We continuously work to not only meet these standards but to exceed them... CraigCare began its journey as an aged care provider over 40 years ago. Today, we care for residents in our Melbourne homes in Berwick, Moonee Ponds, Mornington, Pascoe Vale and Plumpton Villa Glenroy.
