Aaron is a service technician for our Charlottesville service area, assisting on all types of roofing projects. His favorite part about working at Cross Timbers Roofing is the camaraderie and family atmosphere among his coworkers. When he's not at work, Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, shooting guns, or roasting the perfect campfire s'more.
Andrew brings over 20 years of experience in all facets of residential repair work to Cross Timbers Roofing. If Andrew can't fix it, no one can! "Cross Timbers is a great company to work for - which makes a hard job a little easier to do!" He is a big outdoors fan and enjoys spending time on the water along with his wife, two kids, and dog.

Brandon takes pride in his job at Cross Timbers Roofing and always strives to leave every customer 100% satisfied. "Often we are called during bad weather and, when the problem is solved, the customer is always relieved and happy," he says. A master scheduler and service provider, Brandon believes in providing timely high-quality customer service on every single job. When Brandon's not working, he keeps busy with his four children, watching football, and eating chili dogs!

No work day is ever the same for Brian - which is fine by him. "My favorite thing is that something new happens every day. I enjoy coming into work every day. Plus, the team we have is top notch!" Brian has quickly moved through the ranks at CTR, taking a more senior role due to his combination of construction knowledge, team mentoring, and effective management style. He also serves as the official in-house IT department whenever his coworkers have a computer issue. A die-hard Hokies fan, Brian classifies football season as the best season of all. When he's not at work, you'll find him spending time with his wife, Marden, and cheering on the Hokies.
For Cady, working at Cross Timbers Roofing is like working with family. Literally. Her sister Cara works here too! "I love how everyone feels like a second family, not just co-workers," she says. Her excellent attention to detail ensures accuracy in job costing and helps keep the residential division on track. Outside of work, Cady enjoys trips to Target, hanging out with friends and family, and spending time at local breweries.

Cara is always up for learning something new in her role at Cross Timbers Roofing. Her friendly manner is often the first introduction our customers have to Cross Timbers Roofing and has earned her a reputation as "the voice of CTR". She enjoys working alongside her sister, Cady, and is dedicated and efficient in all she does. When she's not at work, Cara enjoys trips to the beach, eating pizza at Bottoms Up Pizza in Shockoe Bottom, or spending time with her two cats, Brees and Cane.
Carl is easy-going and gets along with everyone. "I love the people that work here," he says, "They're a great group of people. I also appreciate how management looks out for us." He has over 35 years of experience in roofing and is an expert at identifying and diagnosing roof issues. Carl is a big seafood fan so it wouldn't be a surprise to find him eating at the local Red Lobster or out fishing when he's not at work.
Charles takes pride in his job at Cross Timbers Roofing. The team environment and comradery among coworkers is one of his favorite things about his job. "People are great at helping each other out," he says. When he's not at work, Charles enjoys taking his wife out to eat at her favorite restaurant, Outback Steakhouse - although he argues that few things can beat a "real" hotdog with the Southern works. In his spare time, he's usually playing cards or watching football.

Chase is the newest member of our team and is excited to begin the training process to become a Service Technician! Chase comes to us from a big family - he's the proud older brother to 5 younger siblings and has two dogs. When he's not at work, he loves finding great spots for pizza, wings, and Italian food!
As President of Cross Timbers Roofing, Chuck makes sure everything is running smoothly internally with our team and externally with our customers. "My employees are like family to me," Chuck says, "It is gratifying to be able to watch them grow professionally and give their best to help each other rise to the challenges of each day." When he's not working, you'll most likely find Chuck relaxing pool-side with a margarita or cheering on his two favorite teams - UVA & the Cleveland Browns.
As an estimator, David's primary responsibility involves estimating for large-scale commercial projects. "There are no real surprises or sudden changes in my job," he says, "I'm allowed to create and maintain a good work routine which I appreciate." David is married and has two dogs, Beatrice and Enzo. When he's not at work, he enjoys working in his yard and garden.
David is our primary sales estimator for residential roofing services and works closely with homeowners to educate them on our services and prepare quotes. "I enjoy getting to meet so many new customers in my role at Cross Timbers," he says. "I'm not just selling them a great product, but a great company to partner with." When he's not at work, David enjoys spending time in the great outdoors racing, camping, biking, boating, or playing football.
Dylan is our primary steep slope estimator. He reviews the roofing specifications on commercial projects and prepares bid documents. He had this to say about working at Cross Timbers Roofing, "I like how open and willing everyone is to share their knowledge in their respective field of expertise." When he's not at work, you'll probably find Dylan enjoying some wings and watching his favorite TV show, The Office.

Gary is our newest Sheet Metal Shop Apprentice. He always comes to work with a smile on his face and ready to laugh with his fellow coworkers. Gary's passion for the industry stems from the instant gratification he gets from taking a piece of metal and turning it into something else. Gary is the proud parent of a son and two daughters.
Juan has worked for Cross Timbers Roofing for over 10 years and is our go-to residential metal roofing installer. Cross Timbers Roofing is a great place to work. We always have something to do!" he says. He fits a little relaxation in every once in a while, and enjoys spending time with his family and watching sports.

Marco is one of our most dedicated employees. It's not surprising to see him show up at work on a pre-planned vacation day. As our commercial project manager, he works tirelessly to make sure all commercial roofing projects are completed to the highest standard. "I like the challenge," he says of his job. He is the youngest of the three CTR brothers and enjoys being outdoors as much as possible. When he's not working (a rarity), Marco enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters.
Mark has been with Cross Timbers Roofing for almost a decade. He is a master metal craftsman whose detailed work with copper is widely respected. He also helps to train our newer staff members how to hone their own metal working skills. On weekends, Mark and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren and their weekend home in Green Bay, Virginia.
Pedro has been with CTR for many years and is a skilled commercial roofer. Pedro enjoys spending his time at Cross Timbers Roofing working with some of his family, Memo, Pipa, and Zemo. Pedro is a proud husband and a father to a son and a daughter. When not at work, you can find Pedro and his family at the Science Museum or at a park!
