Cucenoglu Law Office was founded by P. Gozde Cucenoglu in Istanbul. P. Gozde Cucenoglu is acknowledged as pre-eminent corporate and litigation lawyer and specialized in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, public offerings, corporate restructuring, real estate, dispute resolutions and transactions especially on energy and mining. She has a practice of negotiating construction, commercial and industrial deals. Throughout her career, P. Gozde Cucenoglu advised various multi- national companies with respect to their corporate law issues and investments in Turkey and abroad. Before founding Cucenoglu Law Office, she was a member of Aksu&Savas&Caliskan Law Firm wherein she advised local and international clients as senior associate of Corporate, IPO, Real Estate and Litigation practice groups.
