DIF is based in the city of Alameda, California, just across the bay from San Francisco; and is run by Gaurish Dalvi, who performs all portfolio management functions... DIF manages portfolios for clients, primarily consisting of stocks. As a "fee-only" advisor we are completely independent. We make no money through referrals or commissions or sell any other investment products. DIF charges a fee based upon the amount of assets managed for clients. Therefore, DIF benefits only as your portfolio total increases and thus strives for the best return for your portfolio.
