Allison Franz

Allison Franz joined Justice 360 as a Craig N. Yankwitt Capital Punishment Fellow in September 2021 and is currently a Staff Attorney. She is a graduate of Cornell University and Cornell Law School and a native of Buffalo, New York. While at Cornell, Ali interned with Justice 360 and the Capital Habeas Unit for the Southern District of Ohio.

Cierra Negron-Saullo

Cierra Negron-Saullo joined Justice 360 as a legal assistant in June 2022. She is a graduate of Newberry College and John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She received her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a minor in Sociology. She also obtained her master's degree with a specialization in Criminal Law & Procedure. Prior to joining Justice 360, she interned with the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole, and Pardon and worked as the office administrator/legal assistant for multiple bankruptcy law firms. Cierra is a native of Beaufort, SC.

Craig N. Yankwitt

Rosalind Major joined Justice 360 as a Craig N. Yankwitt Capital Punishment Fellow in September 2022. She is a graduate of Davidson College and Cornell Law School. While in law school, Rosalind worked with the Capital Punishment Clinic, the International Human Rights Clinic, and the Women's Decarceration Practicum. She also spent a summer interning at the Capital Habeas Unit at the Federal Community Defender's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Following law school, Rosalind served as a law clerk for United States Magistrate Judge Nancy J. Koppe in the District of Nevada.

Emily Paavola

Emily Paavola joined our organization in 2008, and served as our Executive Director for seven years. From 2015 - until mid, 2017 she served as the Legal Director for Justice 360. She is a graduate of Baylor University and Cornell Law School, and previously served as the first Fellowship Attorney at the Cornell Death Penalty Project.

Lindsey Vann

Lindsey Vann joined Justice 360 in 2013 and became Executive Director in 2017 after serving as a Justice 360 Fellow and Staff Attorney. Lindsey is a graduate of Cornell University and the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining Justice 360, Lindsey was a law clerk to the Honorable James R. Spencer in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
