Charles Mburu is a pharmacist working with Devpart as a procurement and supply management expert. He has extensive experience in the health product management cycle, having worked in warehousing, inventory management, distribution, logistics management information systems, quantification, dispensing, customer service, marketing and health systems assessments and monitoring. In addition to broad work experience in essential medicines with the Government of Kenya, he has specific expertise in supply chains for HIV/AIDS, Malaria, TB, RMNCAH and FP through his work in CDC, DANIDA, FCDO, GAVI, Global Fund, USAID, World Bank programs. In the course of his work he has engaged with national government health structures, vertical health programs, national public health logistics providers, county/devolved health departments, the faith-based sector and private pharmaceutical distributors. Most recently, he has worked in the Devpart supply chain assurance work for GAVI and Global Fund grants in Kenya, Malawi, Somalia, Sudan and Tanzania.

Daniel is the service leader for finance as well as risk management. He has over 25 years of experience in management consultancy. As a business advisor, Daniel assists organizations in both the private and public sector to strengthen their financial management and implement management control systems. He studied Business Systems Analysis at the City University in London, UK and is a practicing Chartered Management Accountant as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). A past President of the Mauritius Branch of CIMA, Daniel also served as a Board member of the CIMA Southern Africa Regional Board (now the CIMA Africa Board). He has contributed to the elaboration of the Mauritius "National ICT Strategic Plan 2007- 2011"and was a Board member of the National Computer Board. Daniel is a Trustee of an occupational private pension fund. He currently chairs the Investment Committee of the Fund.

Dr. Victor Rono is a Public Health Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist and Health Economist with over 13 years of experience in primary healthcare and public health diseases, including HIV, TB, Malaria, and COVID-19. He holds a Master's in Health Economics and Policy and a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, with additional training in global health policy, project management, and economic evaluation. Dr. Rono has worked with Ministries of Health, NGOs, private sector stakeholders, and Civil Society Organizations on program design, evaluation, and M&E frameworks. He previously served as a Monitoring Agent for Gavi's COVAX vaccine program in Kenya and currently works on Global Fund assignments, including risk assessments, data quality reviews, and independent quality assurance. His work spans multiple countries, including Uganda, Eritrea, Somalia, Malawi, and Kenya, focusing on health system strengthening, programmatic evaluations, and improving healthcare quality and outcomes.
Kennedy is responsible for the Monitoring component of the M&E service area. Kennedy's areas of expertise include monitoring and evaluation (M&E), resource mobilisation, governance, project management and coordination. He brings over 20 years of experience working in the health and development sectors, with an emphasis on providing programmatic and M&E-related consulting services focusing on HIV, TB, Malaria and health systems strengthening. He leads multidisciplinary technical teams across various countries and has worked across several African countries (Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zanzibar, Namibia, Rwanda, Eritrea, Sudan, Somalia and Zambia) as well as Vietnam. He has also worked as a team leader on research activities at the Institute of Development Studies, University of Nairobi, and as a consultant for donor funded programs in the public and private sector, NGOs and Governments.
Zipporah Mwongera is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the health sector, specializing in medical laboratory sciences and public health. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health at AMREF International University. Zipporah has extensive expertise in laboratory quality management systems, having successfully implemented ISO 15189 standards across diverse healthcare settings. Her consultancy experience spans Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Somalia, and Eritrea, where she has conducted laboratory assessments and enhanced operational efficiencies. Known for her strong communication skills, she effectively engages with senior officials and stakeholders, ensuring the delivery of high-quality laboratory services, further solidifying her role as a leader in improving global healthcare systems.
