DILLNER HILLSIDE FARM

Established in 2001, the Dillner Hillside Farm reclaimed overgrown turn-of-the century farmland on a steep hillside in Montgomery, VT. The land, being a challenge to farm, is suitable for raising sheep and goats. Using sustainable, organic methods and low stock numbers, we can "micro-manage" a small flock. In this way we can pay attention to detail to produce a high quality product. To meet the needs of specific fiber blends, alpaca fiber and additional wool fleeces are purchased from other small local farms... We are a small family homestead fiber farm located on the slopes of the Northern Green Mountains of Vermont. Our focus is creating exceptional mohair yarns, knitwear and handspinning rovings from our flock of colored angora goats, sheep and one handsome angora bunny.
