Michele Crupi is a partner and co-chair of the Firm's Family Law Department with over 20 years experience. Ms. Crupi was a duly elected member of the International English Honor Society of Sigma Tau Delta from Seton Hall University in 1994 and graduated Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School in 1997. She was admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars in 1998. Following law school, she served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Melvin S. Whitken, J.S.C., Presiding Judge of the Family Part, Superior Court, Union County during the 1997-1998 term. She also clerked for the Honorable John J. Callahan, Judge of the Family Part, Superior Court, and Union County through his retirement in October 1997. Ms. Crupi is a member of the New Jersey, New York, Monmouth, Ocean and Richmond County Bar Associations. She is the President of the Woman's Lawyers in Monmouth County, a member of the Monmouth County Family Law Committee, and a member of the Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also a panelist in the Early Settlement Panel Program in Ocean County. In addition, she actively participates as an arbitrator for the City of New York Civil Court in Richmond County.

Ronald H. Carlin, Esq. is Of Counsel at the firm of LaRocca Hornik Rosen Greenberg & Crupi, LLC. He limits his practice to divorce and family law with a special emphasis on Domestic Violence Restraining Order cases. Mr. Carlin began his career as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Cavanagh, J.S.C. in the Family Part, Monmouth County, New Jersey. Since the conclusion of his clerkship in August of 1999, Mr. Carlin has limited his practice to divorce and family law and now brings almost 20 years of experience to his various cases. Mr. Carlin has served as an Early Settlement Panelist and an Intensive Settlement Panelist in Monmouth County. He also sat on the Monmouth County Ethics Committee from 2011-2015. Mr. Carlin received his undergraduate degree from Richard Stockton University in Pomona, New Jersey and his law degree from Seton Hall Law School in Newark. While in law school, Mr. Carlin was a member of the law school's Sports Law Journal and he finished in first place out of 208 students in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition winning an award for best oral presentation and best brief. Winning this competition gave Mr. Carlin an invitation to be on the law school's moot court team where he participated in competitions throughout the country.When he is not practicing law, Mr. Carlin enjoy spending time with his family and playing softball.
