Damon has 30 years of experience in various accounting, finance and management roles working with small businesses to large corporations in banking, construction, insurance, non-profit and retail.
Originally from New Mexico, Damon earned a Bachelor of Accounting and Bachelor of Financial Management from New Mexico State University.
He earned the CPA designation in 1999.
Daniel D. ("Danny") Nelson began working in the financial services industry in 1986. Danny formed Nelson Financial Group with the intent to focus on the employee benefits market. For more than 30 years, Danny has acquired extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services arena. He also formed Nelson Financial Services and Nelson Sports Division to provide financial guidance for all individuals.
McKenzie Hancock provides relational and business support to NFS by providing account management services. She is a client relationship manager and strives to display organizational and communicate resources to the team. She has a degree in Psychology and Nursing and loves working with people.
