Amina M. Hafez is a corporate lawyer focused on commercial contracts, IP and data licensing, technology agreements, employment-related matters, financings, real estate transactions, and corporate governance matters. Amina advises clients in the financial services sector, including hedge funds and private equity firms, in addition to art galleries and high-net-worth individuals.
Amina also has business and management experience. Prior to joining Dontzin Nagy & Fleissig LLP, Amina was the COO for Global Corporate Strategy at Bank of America, where she supported global strategic planning, strategic portfolio investments, and large-scale projects. David Fleissig is a commercial litigator with deep experience in commercial and hedge fund litigation, employment disputes, securities law, art law, and alternative dispute resolution. He also represents clients in regulatory matters, including investigations by the SEC, the New York Attorney General, and New York District Attorney's Office.
David's clients include hedge funds, high-net-worth individuals, art galleries, and other businesses. David's practice has an international component as well, handling litigation and government investigations in France, the UK, and Spain, among other jurisdictions.

Heidi is a litigation associate. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Heidi graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca Grady Jennings in the Western District of Kentucky. Heidi also previously worked as a litigation associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP.
Prior to joining the firm, Tracy worked in the litigation department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she represented Bank of America in an $8.5 billion RMBS settlement, assisted Goldman Sachs with its successful litigation against Dragon Systems, and won a directed verdict for Simon Property Group in a recent trial arising from a mortgage dispute. Previously, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Debra Ann Livingston, US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit.

Tibor "T" Nagy is a trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Tibor has been lead counsel in bet-the-company cases ranging from patent infringement disputes to complex class actions. Tibor regularly represents Fortune 500 companies, hedge funds, leaders in the cryptocurrency and commodity industries, individual business owners, executives, inventors, patent owners, and high net worth individuals. Tibor also is hired by other lawyers when they need representation.
Tibor typically represents clients, whether plaintiffs or defendants, on an alternative fee basis, so that most or all of his fee is based on success rather than hours. Tibor does not specialize by subject area, but rather handles all types of complex civil litigation, including both trials and appeals. Clients often hire Tibor shortly before trial to take over and try their cases if and when they actually proceed to trial.

Matt maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included various immigration and criminal matters. He recently secured a grant of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for a family seeking asylum from El Salvador.
Matt is a litigation generalist. He has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation, antitrust, products liability, mass torts, and environmental law. Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP.
Matt received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. While in law school, Matt served as a teaching assistant, worked as an extern for the Oakland City Attorney's Office, and volunteered with the California Asylum Representation Clinic and San Francisco VA Medical Center.
Rahul is an associate with experience in complex commercial litigation, investigations, and securities litigation. He has also represented individuals in various immigration matters, pro bono, including asylum seekers, DACA applicants, and residents seeking citizenship.

As a former General Counsel of Grupo Iusacell, S.A. de C.V., then a Verizon affiliate based in Mexico listed on the New York Stock Exchange, Ruben offers a practical, commercial perspective on the business issues facing his clients. He is fluent in Spanish and has extensive experience in Latin America.
