My journey into dealing with herbal preparations began when I couldn't find any commercial preparations to deal with muscle pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders due to vertebra misalignments (or perhaps it was the cause of the misalignments) and the headaches they caused. When I can't get to the chiropractor, it's helpful to have something to assist with reducing the muscle tension, but all the preparations available either didn't work well enough or had drawbacks I didn't want to deal with. It took about 2 years, but I finally came up with a concoction that I was happy with ... the muscle rub offered here is the end result of that 2 year process. I've had direct reports from my "guinea pigs" (including myself) that this rub is helpful for osteoarthritis, muscle pain due to spinal misalignments (or in one case, after a fusion surgery), strained tendons or ligaments, and even torn muscles.
