EASY BISTRO

Easy Bistro & Bar is one of the most well-regarded restaurants in Chattanooga, TN. Since opening in 2005 by husband-and-wife team Erik and Amanda Niel, Easy has evolved continually, and in May 2020, the restaurant reopened in a brand new space (with a reimagined menu!) in Chattanooga's West Village neighborhood. Chef Erik Niel (a two-time James Beard Award nominee for Best Chef: Southeast) created a menu inspired by his childhood in Louisiana and his training in classic French fare while celebrating local flavor and ingredients from the Tennessee River Valley.
