ELENI'S YOGA

At Eleni's Yoga and Movement Studio in Sydney's Inner West, I offer a variety of yoga and meditation classes to transform and energise your muscles, tendons, ligaments and blood flow as you focus on realigning, moving and stabilising with control and passion... I have been going to Eleni's Yoga and Movement Studio for 10 years. Eleni is an amazing yoga teacher, full of passion and excitement with a genuine caring nature for her students. Her enthusiasm for yoga is contagious.In the time I've been going to Eleni's not one class has ever been the same. Before every class Eleni asks her students what they need from their practice and incorporates our needs into the yoga class. I always leave Eleni's yoga classes with a smile on my face, having found my breath, feeling calm and rejuvenated... After 15 years and two studio spaces, we departed Bexley North in June 2020 and are now based in a beautiful studio space in a private home in Clemton Park, offering both indoor and outdoor classes.
