We accomplish this by developing programs and products that not only educate but provide the strategies and tools to enlighten and empower leaders... Business sponsors offer ELE the opportunity to support teens through no or low-cost programs for leadership development. But it doesn't end there. We strive to make an impact both locally and globally by creating programs that support personal peace in an effort to give back to the community. As we open doors to better communication and relationships, we open the door to a more peace-filled world...
