EMILY POLLARD

Emily's love of art and sunshine led her to the Savannah College of Art and Design where she studied fashion and graphic design. During her senior year, she was one of twenty seniors selected to show her collection at the annual fashion show. Most recently, she was selected as a semifinalist in the Emerging Designer Competition hosted by Charleston Fashion Week. As a semifinalist, Emily showed her collection for Autumn/Winter 2012 and went on to win the People's Choice Award. She loves making her own fibers from unusual materials such as dried lichen moss and is inspired by absolutely everything. She has said, "fashion isn't about who or what you wear, but how those clothes can transform you.
