Dr. Rivero is a consulting engineer with over 30 years of structural design and management experience with a focus in the building and transportation industry. In his career he has spearheaded projects in the capacity of either Senior Design Engineer or Project Manager. His diverse experience in general building and transportation includes projects for DFW Airport, Love Field Airport, Dallas Executive Airport, DART, Texas Department of Transportation, NTTA and Fort Worth Transportation Authority, Dallas ISD, City of Dallas, Dallas County, City of Fort Worth, US Department of Veterans Affairs, University of Texas System, Texas A&M System, Dallas County Community College District and other public agencies.
Dr. Rivero served as an assistant professor of structures at the University of Texas Arlington. He has conducted research in the areas of structural analysis, stress analysis, structural dynamics, finite element theory, and the development of Finite Element Programs.
Mr. Brandao is a consulting civil/structural engineer with over 28 years of engineering, design and management experience. His experience includes the evaluation and design of office and public buildings; industrial, healthcare, educational, retail, sports, religious, telecommunications, transportation and water/wastewater treatment facilities; and parking garages. His project portfolio includes facilities for Dallas Area Rapid Transit, Texas Department of Transportation, City of Dallas, City of Houston, City of Austin, City of Garland, City of Albuquerque, Dallas Independent School District, Dallas County Community College District, University of North Texas, UT Southwestern Medical Center, US Air Force, US Department of Veterans Affairs, US Postal Service, Tarrant Regional Water District, Trinity River Authority, AT&T, T-Mobile and other private entities.
