Mr. Pierce is the co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Energy Saving Pros. He believes that renewable energy and all conservation projects should not only positively impact the environment, but result in an improved financial position for the client. He currently oversees business and sales channel development. Mr. Pierce works tirelessly to find the best combination of quality Solar products, services, and financing options to maximize returns for all Energy Saving Pros clients. Mr. Pierce has an MBA and a BS in finance from Southern Utah University. As an Eagle Scout, college athlete, and devoted family man, Mr. Pierce enjoys serving in the community. Mr. Pierce is happiest when he is able to spend quality time with his wife Amanda and their five children.

Dean has 35 years of construction management experience ranging from custom homes to large commercial projects. He has lived in the Loomis, California area 20 years. Prior to moving to Loomis Dean lived and worked in the Bay Area. He moved to the Loomis community, so his two boys would be raised in a small family community.
He brings a unique array of construction knowledge from his years of experience in all phases of construction, from dirt work to high end finishes. He enjoys ranching and hunting in his free time.
Israel has over 25 years of experience in all types of roofing. Currently he holds the rank of Director of Roofing. His number one philosophy is lead by example. Israel has received numerous five star reviews over the past few years at Energy Saving Pros, which shows his strong commitment to 100% customer satisfaction.
JT has 25 years of operations and engineering experience in the telecommunications and renewable energy industries. Prior to joining Energy Saving Pros, JT was founder of a regional solar integration firm which designed and installed more than 100 MW of PV solar energy systems across the United States. A natural leader, JT's skills at facilitating communication, teamwork, client management, project management, and site operations has greatly improved the overall client experience with ESP. JT has led mechanical and electrical teams for many years and brings that experience to the team to ensure systems are being installed on-time, according to code, and with a quality standard that exceeds customer expectations.
On a more personal note, when JT isn't juggling duties at ESP, he enjoys the great outdoors-hunting, fly fishing, camping, and snowboarding. He loves working on his property with his wife of 25 years, his identical twin boys, and his ever-growing collection of ranch animals. He is passionate about music and travel and is willing to challenge anyone to a foosball game.

Mandy Dawson joins the Energy Saving Pros family with more than 10 years of experience in human resources, office management, and accounting services.
Mandy is excited to be apart of the family and bring her expertise to the company and strives to make a positive impact on the day to day company activities, as well to the culture with her bright smile and vibrant personality. On her free time, she enjoys going on Harley rides with her husband, working out, spending time with her three daughters and two granddaughters.

As director of our HVAC and insulation division I take pride in the quality of work and the high level of service that my team provides to our customers. But when I'm not crawling around in an attic, as fun as that can be, I enjoy the outdoors with my wife and kids. Fishing and camping are among our favorite things to do.
Hello! I'm Rachel and I help facilitate making your energy efficient dreams become a reality. As the Director of Business Development, I ensure that our team of Energy Consultants is available with a continually growing knowledge base that will guide you toward the products best suited for you to lower your power bills and increase the efficiency of your home. We have the best team around, hands down!
Outside of working for Energy Saving Pros, I also love camping, photography, traveling, living ranch life, and all things fitness. I have been married to my husband (and boss-fun fact) for 25+ years and love to head out on adventures with him and our twin boys. We are very passionate about solar, having worked in this industry together for over 12 years, and ESP is a perfect fit for us. We love working for a local solar company that cares about us personally and is actively involved with our community.

Tony holds a very important position within our company. He has worked his way up the ranks through the years with Energy Saving Pros and now holds the Service Manager position. Tony has been a long time residential and commercial electrician with over three's experience in solar electric.
In his spare time Tony spends quality time with his wife and two kids. His hobbies include weight lifting and fishing.
Xavier has been with Energy Saving Pros for over five years working his way up the ranks. He is currently the Director of Operations, in which he oversees all of the field operations.
In his off time Xavier enjoys spending time with his wife Mitzi and his nine children.
