I am a retired police officer of 25 years. I have seen victims of all kinds. During my career I developed a passion for the average person, especially women, to be able to defend themselves against those who wish to victimize society, cause trauma and create terror within our communities... Lisa is a mother and a wonderful wife. She is an average woman that decided several years ago to attend a women's Krav Maga self-defense seminar.
