In addition to his legal experience, Eric is a former digital media company founder and is an active angel investor and member of SF Angels and Keiretsu Forum. This diverse expertise enables Eric to offer his clients a unique integrated counseling approach that balances legal protection and corporate best practices with business, technical, investment and strategic considerations.

Holden is a member of the Firm's Management Committee. He has broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, complex commercial transactions, entity formation and structuring, employment matters, entity reorganization including shareholder and partner buy-outs, negotiating and drafting complex commercial transactions and agreements, real property transactions, leasing and general business matters in a wide range of industries.

Jeff is a member of the Firm's Management Committee. He has broad experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, licensing and commercial transactions in a variety of industries, particularly emerging growth, IT, software and digital media. His capital-raising experience includes seed financing with debt and equity offerings as well as company-side and investor-side venture capital deals in both early stage and later rounds. Jeff also advises acquirers, targets and major shareholders in M&A transactions.
