Aarti started with FRS in 2024.
Prior to joining FRS, Aarti was a Senior Manager at Deloitte.
Aarti has over 15 years' experience and lead Deloitte's financial reporting outsourcing team, assisting clients with complex consolidations, navigate Australian Accounting Standards (AASB) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) disclosure requirements and meeting their compliance reporting obligations.
Her experience includes extensive project management, stakeholder management, business process improvements and financial reporting for listed, for-profit and not-for-profit entities, across several industries including mining and resources, retail, manufacturing, property, aged care and consumer business.
Anna joined FRS in 2019 and brings with her many years of experience in interpreting and applying International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Anna's work experience includes working as a Technical Manager at EY, BHP Billiton and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ). In addition to these roles Anna has worked with several mid-tier accounting firms where she assisted public companies, private companies and not-for-profit entities in the application of relevant Accounting Standards and review of their financial reports to ensure that appropriate disclosures, as required by IFRS, were included.
Eoin has been with FRS since 2014 . Prior to joining FRS, Eoin spent almost 10 years with EY, where he developed a deep technical understanding of financial reporting and accounting.
He has experience with a wide and diverse range of industries including retail, industrial, service, agriculture, not-for-profit, hospitality, entertainment, private equity and healthcare.
Eoin has worked with start-ups, rapid growth and mature companies including public companies, private companies, family groups, not-for-profit organisations and foreign subsidiaries.
He has extensive knowledge on the interpretation and application of Accounting Standards which he combines with strong technical accounting skills.
Maribel has been with FRS since 2011 and her areas of expertise include technical accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advice.
Prior to joining FRS, Maribel worked as an Senior Manager at EY in Venezuela and Australia.
In the course of her career Maribel has accumulated a depth of knowledge in the areas of audit, accountancy, financial reporting and IFRS.
Mustafa has been with FRS since 2017 and brings with him a strong background in accounting compliance and reporting.
Prior to joining FRS, he worked at EY as a Senior Manager where his role included managing the financial statements team responsible for preparation and delivery of financial statements.
Mustafa has over many years developed expertise in the preparation of financial statements for both public and private companies across a diverse range of industry sectors.
Rob has been with FRS since 2014 and he is currently the Melbourne Office Principal. He is recognised as an International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and financial reporting specialist.
Immediately prior to joining FRS, Rob was a Partner and the National Technical Director of Moore Stephens. His work history also includes roles as a Senior Manager with PwC and a position as the Head of Financial Reporting Compliance at the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC).
He has considerable expertise in the areas of financial accounting, assurance, audit corporate regulation and governance and technical accounting. He works with a wide range of clients from public companies to small and medium enterprises.
Rob has authored major accounting publications in Australia, written articles for accounting magazines and has conducted financial reporting seminars on behalf of the three main accounting bodies in Australia (CAANZ, CPA, IPA). Rob is the co-author of Pinnacle Illustrative Financial Statements.
Robin commenced with FRS in 2010.
Prior to joining FRS, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte in Sydney, where he set up and led a financial statements team after he relocated from the UK in 2006.
He is currently responsible for a portfolio of FRS clients and is hands on with the financial statements preparation. His extensive experience in, and knowledge of, audit, accountancy, insolvency and financial reporting allows him to provide IFRS guidance and negotiate complex disclosures for clients, including liaising directly with auditors where required.
Sarah joined FRS in 2023 as Operations Manager.
Sarah's extensive experience in the accounting and financial services industry spans over 20 years. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Operations Manager at FRS. Her diverse range of roles over the years equips her with a well-rounded perspective on client needs and operational processes.
She is committed to enhance systems, processes, and efficiencies, while working closely with her inspirational managing director, the incredible team at FRS and of course the wonderful clients of FRS.
Srinath has been with FRS since 2014 and he has a strong audit background.
Like many of his contemporaries, his career includes Big 4 experience. Srinath worked as a Senior Manager in Assurance teams of EY in Sydney and Bengaluru where he provided audit and reporting services to a wide cross section of clients.
Leaving EY to join FRS, Srinath has continued to build on his experience and expertise in the area of financial reporting and, as he is still a registered auditor, he does so with an auditor's eye.
Stephanie joined FRS in 2024.
Prior to joining FRS, she was a Senior Manager at EY in South Africa and Australia. Stephanie has over 15 years' collective experience in areas of accounting (IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards), financial reporting and audit.
Sunil has been a consultant with FRS since 2014.
Prior to joining FRS, Sunil worked in both public and private sectors. These include large multi-national companies, small and mid-sized domestic companies, accounting firms and government entities.
Sunil has a broad range of skills which include statutory financial reporting, audit, tax and internal controls.
Veronique started with FRS in 2022 and brings strong technical accounting and external audit experience (IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards).
Prior to FRS, Veronique worked for 14 years with KPMG in Melbourne as an external audit manager providing audit and assurance services to private and listed local clients and international subsidiaries. Veronique has also worked in KPMG's internal technical department, the Department of Professional Practice (DPP) where she provided technical support to a number of client engagement teams, clients and the broader audit practice.
Veronique started her professional career as an external auditor working with PwC Mauritius for 8 years prior to joining KPMG Melbourne.
Vik joined FRS in 2009, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained while he worked in the United Kingdom, Caribbean and Australia.
Prior to joining FRS, Vik worked in the audit division of EY where he led the financial statements team. He was a member of the EY Oceania IFRS desk and Technical Consulting Group.
His areas of expertise include technical accounting and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) advice. He is also responsible for business development within FRS.
He is a renowned speaker and is often called upon by the accounting professional bodies, universities, accounting and audit firms and his clients to present on IFRS and financial reporting matters.
Vik is a co-author of Pinnacle Illustrative Financial Statements.
Wendy started with FRS in 2022 and brings with her strong technical accounting expertise (IFRS and Australian Accounting Standards) and solid experience in corporate reporting, compliance to regulatory (ASX) and statutory requirements.
Prior to FRS Wendy spent three years in the UK and Germany assisting companies with their statutory compliance, including providing technical accounting guidance, ad-hoc accounting memos through to preparing reconciliations, journals supporting documentation.
Her professional practice experience includes three years with KPMG in their CFO Advisory Division and four years with Deloitte in their National Accounting Technical team having started in the Assurance & Advisory Division.
