Fitzroy of Merivale is a boutique rest home located in the heart of Merivale. Fitzroy is unique in that it is independantly owned - not part of a corporate chain. The owners, Vanessa and Daryn are hands on at the facility on a daily basis, allowing them to really get to know the residents and their families. Along with a dedicated, caring team they offer a unique family environment and encourage communication with an "Our door is always open" policy... With it's obvious style and elegance "Fitzroy" is nestled neatly alongside the Nurse Maude hospital in the heart of Merivale with less than 100 steps to all that the Merivale precinct has to offer. Grace and serenity become apparent as you move into the Fitzroy facility. A number of the 30 rooms have a direct view across the main lawn, gardens and entranceway. All the rooms enjoy direct access through a door out to their own private courtyard or garden. A clear paved pathway meanders around the entire facility through perfumed gardens..
