EMILE T FISHER FOUNDATION FOR DENTAL EDUCATION

In 2005, the Georgia Dental Education Foundation was renamed as The Emile T. Fisher Foundation for Dental Education in Georgia, Inc. to honor Dr. Emile Fisher's contributions to dental education in Georgia. Dr. Fisher, a retired Atlanta dentist, played a pivotal role in creating the Foundation as Chairman of the 1984 GDA Ad Hoc Committee, and continues to play an active role in the operations of the Foundation... The foundation awards scholarships for dental education to students studying at various Georgia institutions.
