Floral Creations by Eileen offers local delivery services to the Caledonia, Franksville, Kenosha, Oak Creek, Racine, and Sturtevant communities... With the help and hard work of family and friends, Floral Creations by Eileen became a reality and opened for business in May 2007. Owner and lead designer Eileen has been in the floral industry for over 20 years and recognized both locally and nationally for floral store displays and floral designs.
