I have run a successful executive coaching practice for 20 years. I've dedicated my life to supporting organisations and the growth and development of others. I work across many industries at all levels of management developing people in their professional lives and careers. I am passionate about motivating people and supporting themin new roles, through transitions, and career changes, and supporting them in leadership development journeys. I believe that an organisation is a creative force that addresses itself to creating value for its stakeholders, and that organisations can, and do, have local and global impact. So, I also encourage leaders to think about their influence, understand their impact and legacy.
