For the better part of two decades, Christine has undertaken projects for Greenhouse clients including mystery shops, successful virtual marketing assignments, and a variety of research and administrative programs. Christine now focuses on advertising planning and implementation, working in partnership with her clients to achieve their marketing goals.

CJ Savery is a senior freelance graphic designer with more than two decades of experience, including being a part of the Greenhouse team since 2016. CJ was with Revera for several years developing the highly successful brand and leading high profile design projects which included brand development, corporate identities, logo design, stationery, brochures, flyers, reports, ad campaigns, photo shoots, banner stands, signage, bus wraps, and promotional items. She's a professional, energetic designer who loves to create solutions. She brings an organized, positive and creative approach to projects.
Heather Green has more than 30 years' experience in the seniors' housing and care industries, having served in executive roles with several operators, including as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Revera, Heather's name is synonymous with marketing in this industry and lead-generation is her specialty. She is a pro at developing messaging that resonates and results in leads, and she is a popular speaker on the topic.
Isis Gomez is an advertising professional with more than 15 years of experience. A graduate of Sheridan College's Advertising Program, Isis held positions at BBDO Retail (now OMD Canada) and MacPhee Inc. She served as the Advertising Manager at Revera before joining Greenhouse in 2014 where she coordinates marketing & advertising projects, and develops & implements media plans that support clients' marketing objectives. She is an analytical thinker with great communication skills who is able to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
Marie-Eve Guindon is a versatile, customer-focused leader with more than 20 years of experience in customer service, specializing in the seniors' market with its unique needs and challenges. A strategic communicator and expert at coordinating and managing mystery shop programs, as well as client satisfaction engagement surveys. Equally proficient in both French and English with a keen insight into Canada's distinct regional markets.

Nicki provides Greenhouse clients with success profile development and performance assessments to support the candidate selection process. She offers advice related to recruitment, leadership development and coaching to ensure that new hires, managers and teams are best prepared for successful onboarding, a high level of employee engagement and team alignment.
Patrick Boult has more than two decades of experience within the seniors' housing industry, holding increasingly senior roles with various operators, including as the Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Revera, Patrick is a professional at converting leads into business. His unique combination of exceptional coaching and leadership skills, along with his strong technical and analytical expertise, has proven successful in achieving business objectives and results.
Phil Babcock joined our team in 2017, following seven years as the Creative Lead at Amica working to build the company's distinctive brand. With more than two decades in creative, Phil brings broad experience in print and digital, providing cutting-edge branding and consistent implementation across the board. In addition to his design work for advertising, he offers an expertise in Photoshop compositing and retouching, polishing photos to make them as impactful and effective as possible.
