Greenville is the educational, economic and medical hub of eastern North Carolina. Our city is known as the "Gem of the East" and the home of the East Carolina University Pirates. We "treasure" our city as well as our dynamic chapter and all it has to offer... I have the extreme honor of being the 20th president of this wonderful chapter. It is indeed a privilege to stand on the shoulders of fifteen spirited women who shaped and molded the foundation of GNCAC. Chartered May 1, 1965, these dedicated women persevered and established a chapter that focused on supporting women in the black community. As we continue to live out that legacy, GNCAC is committed to go from good to great in Sisterhood, Service, Scholarship and Social Action...
