The 39 th Judicial District Community Supervision and Corrections Department and Juvenile Probation Department is a rural probation department in West Texas, encompassing Haskell, Kent, Stonewall, and Throckmorton Counties. Christopher Davis is the current Director and Chief Juvenile Probation Officer. He has over thirty years of criminal justice experience and is a retired Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Parole Officer. Director Davis is also a retired Army Reserve Officer with four combat tours, which include Vietnam, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, and most recently Iraq
