HAPPY PIG SALUMI

We believe in using local, sustainable, and ethical sources for the pork and other ingredients we use. Our sources may or may not be certified organic, because often the smallest, most sustainable farms cannot afford certification costs... We are based in New England, where there is a bounty of local farms to choose from. The less an ingredient has to travel, the fresher and tastier it is! Taste the difference with Happy Pig Salumi!... We are working on a special-order only basis until we can get storage issues worked out to better keep an inventory stocked. We're always testing and tweaking recipes, so it never hurts to ask what we have around!
