As the Baltimore community continues to grow, the need for Hatzalah grows as well. We are excited to share our plans to help us meet the community's expanding needs. This includes building an additional garage which will be dedicated to the memory of M-58 Lonnie Borck, z"l, updating our radio system, onboarding new volunteers and constantly upgrading our medical equipment to meet the latest standards... Hatzalah responders are your neighbors, your friends, your family members and part of your community, providing comfort to families at some of their worst moments. The job of a Hatzalah volunteer doesn't stop at the end of the call response. Hatzalah's goal is to provide all aspects of emergency medical service. Our responders can also be relied upon to coordinate patient care with area hospitals and doctors, serve as patient advocates, and offer family support in times of need.
