HAROLD DANCE INVESTMENTS - Key Persons
Aaron joined Harold Dance Investments in 2015 as an Advisor and is the son of the firm's President, Stephen F. Neeley. He currently serves as Vice President and is a shareholder of the firm.
Prior to joining Harold Dance Investments, Aaron worked as an Analyst for Goldman Sachs & Co where he focused on investment management for both private and institutional clientele. While there, Aaron progressed through the analyst academy and was promoted to Associate in January 2015.
Aaron holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Georgia where he studied financial planning and consumer economics. In addition, Aaron graduated from Utah State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in finance and economics.
Aaron and his wife, Ginger, grew up in Cache Valley and currently live in North Logan, Utah, with their three children.
Daniel attended Utah State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting in 2006. He earned a Masters of Accounting in 2007 at Utah State University where he was recognized with the Federated Schools of Accountancy Outstanding Graduate Student Award.
Leaving a promising career in auditing with international accounting firm Deloitte, Daniel joined his uncle Steve at Harold Dance Investments in 2008 to serve as a financial advisor. He currently serves as Vice President and is a shareholder of the firm.
Daniel is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah and is recognized as a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Daniel grew up in Idaho Falls, Idaho, and resides in North Logan, Utah, with his wife and five children.
Jack attended Utah State University and graduated with a Bachelors in Science in Accounting in 1975. He then earned a Master of Accounting at Utah State University in 1976.
Having owned a CPA practice and having taught accounting, insurance, and auditing at Utah State University, Jack joined Harold Dance Investments to serve as a financial advisor.
Jack is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the state of Utah.
Jack grew up in Logan, Utah, and resides there with his wife.
Jessica joined Harold Dance Investments in 2021 and serves as an Administrative Assistant.
She graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
Jessica and her husband, Trent, grew up in Cache Valley and currently reside in Hyrum, UT.

Kent graduated with a Bachelors of Science and a Masters of Business Administration from Utah State University. He served two years active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army.
He began his career with the brokerage firm of E.F. Hutton and has more than 30 years of experience in the financial planning industry.
In addition to his distinction as a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), Kent is a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®).
Kent and his wife reside in Smithfield, Utah, and have 6 children and 19 grandchildren.
Penny attended Cambridge University, School of Judge and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology and Performing Arts/Cinematics. She also has her certification as an internal auditor in business and production compliance and is a notary public.
After a 30+ year career in business administration and government contracting, Penny joined Harold Dance Investments in 2022 and serves as the Wealth Management Assistant/Operations Coordinator.
Penny grew up in Cache Valley and currently resides in Providence, Utah where she enjoys her four children, their spouses, and grandchildren.

Steve attended Utah State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude and Scholar of the Year with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting in 1984. He earned a Master of Business Administration in 1985 from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Steve joined Harold Dance Investments in 1999 as Vice President. Since 2004, he has served as President and is a shareholder of the firm.
Steve grew up in Logan, Utah, and currently resides in Providence, Utah. He is married with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
Stephen F. Neeley worked alongside his mentor, Harold, and his dear friend, Brad, to serve clients and build the business as a part owner. He has served as the President of Harold Dance Investments since 2004. Under Steve's leadership, the firm became a registered investment advisor and has continued to improve and adapt to the needs of its clients. Along the way, Steve has guided clients through a wide variety of market conditions and helped them benefit from those same prudent investing principles espoused by Harold.
The firm is implementing a long-term plan to transition ownership and operation of the business to Aaron J. Neeley and Daniel J. Neeley who are committed to serving clients for decades to come.
