Adam Joined Havisham Group in July 2012 after spending six months working in Huntswood CTC Ltd's Quality Assurance Department. Adam is now responsible for overseeing the group's day-to-day operations whilst also focusing on identifying new business opportunities. Adams's interests outside of work are football, health & fitness and spending time with his two young daughters.

Alexander Barfield has been the Chief Executive of The David Brownlow Charitable Foundation since 2013. Prior to this role Alexander has worked for both Heathrow Airport and The John Lewis Partnership. He fundamentally believes in the values of the DBCF and is a keen supporter of many charitable causes. Alexander is Vice-Chairman of Twyford Together, which is a voluntary organisation bringing residents and business together, organising community events and raising money for local charities. In 2017 Alexander was appointed to the Board of Berkshire Community Foundation as a Trustee. Alexander is also a member of the Waltham St Lawrence Village Show committee, and a committee member of the Macmillan Cancer Support Carol Concert at Eton College.
Alexander has lived in the Wokingham area of Berkshire for most of his life, where he was also educated. He enjoys travelling and has been to many places around the world. During his travels Alexander has seen first hand the disadvantage faced by so many, however recognises that there are also many individuals and communities in the UK who need to be helped.
Alexander holds a Private Pilots Licence and enjoys flying in his spare time. He also enjoys playing the piano and volunteering at community and charitable events.
Bardia is a commercially minded CFO with over 10 years of experience within the financial services, technology and private equity. After graduating from University of Warwick, Bardia qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
He joined Havisham Group in 2019 to oversee the finance, tax and legal aspects of the investment portfolio and to act as a finance operations advisor to the portfolio companies.
Outside of work Bardia enjoys travelling, socialising with family and friends and exercising.
Ben is the Managing Director of Havisham Group and works alongside David Brownlow on all of David's commercial endeavours. This has led Ben into a range of business and philanthropic initiatives.
Ben graduated from Bristol Business School with an Honours degree in International Business Studies with Spanish, having spent one year at Granada University. Ben's principal interests include music, travelling, cars and watching Manchester United.
Nicola joined Havisham Group in May 2016 after 13 years within the legal industry. Nicola is responsible for PA support to David and "making things happen" and is also a trustee of The David Brownlow Charitable Foundation. In her spare time Nicola enjoys live music, kayaking, walking her dog and travel. She enjoys fitness training and has run a couple of Half Marathons.
After David graduated from Newcastle Polytechnic, having read Economics, he spent two years as a Policeman with Thames Valley Police based in Slough. He then became a recruitment consultant and eight years later, in 1996, co-founded Huntswood.
