The Helpline Emergency Response Center provides the personal connection between you and our Monitoring Station. After a quick assessment of the situation, our Bilingual Emergency Dispatchers will send emergency services and also notify your family, friends or caregivers that help is on the way. Your personal safety is paramount and all Helpline Emergency Response dispatchers are APCO trained. Our monitoring station is The Monitoring Association (TMA) Five Diamond Certified and ULC listed... A percentage from the proceeds from the all the services and/or equipment that we provide is donated back to the community and to various helping charities.
