Highland Farms consists of 160 Shorthorn females. While we have had considerable success in the show ring over the past several decades, we are not defined by the show ring. At Highland Farms we show breeding cattle, we don't breed show cattle. As a result, we strive to produce cattle with balanced traits and we will never sacrifice structural soundness or maternal traits for purple ribbons.
