HEART AND HOME COLLABORATIVE

Heart and Home Collaborative (H+H) is a non-profit women's shelter serving women* who are unhoused in Palo Alto, California. Since 2012, we have provided nightly winter shelter, rotating through different places of worship in Palo Alto. We work closely with local congregations, the neighboring communities, and a Stanford University student team to provide resources and create dialogue and connection between our shelter participants and volunteers... Heart and Home Collaborative brings together Palo Alto residents, both unhoused and housed, to create dialogue, leverage resources, and develop services (such as shelter, outreach, and community meetings) that respect and respond to the needs and goals of individuals who are unhoused.
