Rohlf Jewell is licensed to practice law in Texas and Louisiana. His practice is based in Texas, and he focuses on civil litigation. Rohlf is a native of Louisiana, where he continues to practice actively. Rohlf represents businesses, homeowners and property owners in insurance and bad faith claims, and claims to recover property damage and economic losses. He also has experience in environmental matters, remediation, and cost recovery, products liability, toxic torts, transportation law, government and public law, business law and contracts.

Katherine "Kelly" Hairfield was born and raised in League City, Texas. Kristy Phillips joined The Hodge Law Firm, PLLC in 2023. Kristy works diligently to assist the attorneys and legal support staff of The Hodge Law Firm. She is a seasoned military spouse and mother of two. After traveling the world and being stationed overseas, Kristy and her family returned home to the great state of Texas. Lucy Dawson joined The Hodge Law Firm team in 2023. Lucy assists multiple attorneys of The Hodge Law Firm with administrative tasks relating to all aspects of the litigation process. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys spending time with family and friends, volunteering at her church, shopping and traveling.
Matt Russo was born and raised in Beaumont, TX and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an undergraduate degree in geological sciences. Matt then spent the next decade working as an environmental scientist and disaster recovery specialist. During his pre-law school career, Matt was a consultant for the State of New Jersey and the City of New York during reconstruction efforts post-Super Storm Sandy, a consultant for the City of Houston during reconstruction post-Hurricane Harvey, and an environmental and historic preservation specialist for FEMA.
Matt attended law school with a scholarship from the University of Tulsa where he received multiple awards for excellence in contract law and contract drafting. During his law school career, Matt expanded his knowledge of government administration and environmental compliance while gaining practical knowledge as a law clerk for the Tulsa County Public Defender's Office and the Rode Law Firm, personal injury attorneys. Matt earned his JD from the University of Tulsa College of Law with Highest Honors.
Matt's passion for helping people recover from storms, fires, and other natural disasters continues into his legal practice where he files first-party insurance claims for injured property owners across the state.

Mikal D. Williams was born and raised in Baytown, Texas. He moved to Galveston County as a teenager and has, ever since, called it his home. Mikal received his Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2010 and his Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in 2013. Mikal worked a a legal clerk for Robert Rolnick, former Fort Bend County Judge. He worked as an investigator for the Department of Family and Protective Services in Galveston county. Mikal is a child and family advocate, mediator, attorney, and co-founder of Central Texas Allied Health Institute and Texas Health and Technical Trade Institute, both nonprofit institutes that exist to create opportunities where vulnerable communities have access to a world class quality education in the areas of allied health and technical trade certifications at an affordable price. Mikal acts as general counsel for his nonprofit and teaches a course in Medical Law and Ethics.

Attorney Shaun Hodge has handled thousands of state and federal cases throughout the State of Texas and the United States. He has also represented clients in administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations. Shaun has handled many types of cases, including first party insurance claims, personal injury cases, maritime matters, commercial litigation, residential and construction litigation, as well as general litigation matters.
He has successfully resolved thousands of claims for property owners fighting their insurance companies for damages caused by natural disasters including hurricanes, tornadoes, hailstorms, windstorms, floods, fires, winter storms and more. Shaun has litigated thousands of residential and large commercial insurance claims in multiple states across the country. Shaun is regularly sought out as a speaker to teach and lecture on insurance claim related issues across the country.
Shaun has been hired by numerous governmental entities up and down the gulf coast to handle their insurance claims. These entities included cities, school districts, community colleges and counties. Thousands of policyholders and Government entities across the gulf coast have selected Shaun as their lead attorney because of his proven results, as well as his leadership and experience in litigating large complex insurance claims.
Shaun Hodge is a Texan and has been a resident of Galveston County since 1995. He is happily married to Natalie Hodge, and they are the proud parents of two precious children, Nessa and Slade Hodge.
Shaun is the co-founder of the Policyholder Preservation Association of America (PPAA). PPA was established to preserve and protect the rights of policyholders and to advocate on their behalf on insurance related matters and issues. PPA also conducts educational conferences and training to educate the public about insurance related issues and to teach and train other insurance industry professionals how to properly adjust a claim and document a loss.

Wendy Coleman joined The Hodge Law Firm in August 2024. She has been a legal assistant for 27+ years assisting attorneys on both the defense side and plaintiff side. When not working, Wendy enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and hanging out with her husband and friends. She loves to travel as much as time allows and is active in her church at Dickinson First United Methodist Church.
William Pratt has been a practicing attorney in Louisiana, Texas and Georgia for over 36 years in a practice handling cases in both state and federal courts. William has had a wide range of experience including class action, personal injury and commercial litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants.
He has tried both jury and bench trials. Since 2000, William's practice has included first party insurance claims for both homeowners and commercial property owners against their insurers.
William has successfully handled appeals in state appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He has been rated AV in Martindale Hubble since 1995 and is designated Preeminent by that publication.
