HEIDI DUTCH PILATES STUDIO

Heidi Dutch Pilates Studio opened in 2006. The virtual studio is a great place to slip in and forget your troubles, while reconnecting with your body. The studio offers both equipment-based and mat Pilates services. Virtual Pilates sessions are available in both group classes and private lessons, so participants are free to learn at their own pace. All online virtual Pilates experiences use Zoom. All participants mic and video are muted by host when joining classes. During privates the mic and video are enabled for interaction.
