When Lamar Schmidt started Holdrege Irrigation with only three employees in 1991, he did everything from sales to ordering parts and making after-hours service calls when producers needed parts. As the company grew, Lamar instilled this spirit of dedication in his employees, teaching them to make customer service a top priority and to always be the partner growers could rely on for support.
