The HE/FE Procurement Development Fund was established to utilise the funds which were generated initially from the COUP 2011 event run by APUC at the University of St Andrews (but to which future funds may be added in later years);... The fund is a Scottish Charitable Incorporated Organisation (SCIO) registered with the Office of the Scottish Charities Regulator (OSCR) under number SCO43317;... The Trustees of the fund are taken from the HE and FE sectors and from APUC, the procurement centre of expertise for the education sector in Scotland. The trustees have a considerable wealth of experience in public sector procurement.
