ID Developments (UK) Limited was established in 2008 by Iain Dickson after a successful period of progression from a sole trading project manager, contractor and private developer... As we are an Oxford based company, the majority of our work is Oxfordshire and London, however, our work is nationwide and we have recently completed projects in Essex, Birmingham, Bolton and Derby... As a company we have taken on projects requiring change of use from commercial to residential, from single dwellings to multi-units and from agricultural to residential. We employ the sector specialists and act as the clients' representative and agent to obtain the desired permissions and fulfill the brief.
