Aparna, a TISS Mumbai alumni, has worked with various CSR initiatives and not-for-profit entities in the last 16 years, and brings on-board her expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation and Impact Assessment. She has worked with various CSR initiatives and not-for-profit entities, and has handled projects with the Reliance SEZ Project, Modicare Foundation, MAHAGENCO, Thermal Project, as well as a European Union supported CSR Strategy and implementation evaluation project.

Over the last 10 years, Arunima has gathered immense experience in HR Services and Executive Search Industry. Her technical expertise lies in designing organisation structures, planning and conducting employee assessments. She has worked for some of the best HR firms in the country, and has also extended her consultation to preeminent clients for their CSR activities, fundraising assignments, recruitment drives, as well as PR and Communication efforts.

Dr. Jyotsna brings on-board over seventeen years of extensive and hands-on knowledge spanning across Field Studies and Baseline Surveys, Social Impact Assessment, Monitoring and Evaluation, Research and Project Formulation. She is a member of State Planning Board on Health by Govt. of Rajasthan. In past, she has spearheaded numerous evaluation projects/ studies with UNICEF, Institute of Development Studies, Center for Women's Studies, Ministry of Social Empowerment, GoI and various preeminent NGOs.

Vikramjeet, an alumnus of TISS Mumbai, co-founded INAS social over a decade ago. He brings on-board years of experience in Executive Search, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behaviour and Project Management with CSR initiatives, NGOs and Corporate Entities. Having worked with both the corporate and the development sector organizations, Vikramjeet is highly passionate for capacity building in the development space.
