Jai is the head of Clyde & Co's marine cargo casualty practice.
He focuses on marine casualty cases and recoveries, and is one of very few solicitors with extensive experience of salvage and GA claims from a cargo perspective. He has been involved in more than 300 marine casualties for cargo underwriters during his career.
Cases he has handled include a number of very significant reported English maritime cases, for example 'OLYMPIC GALAXY', 'NEW FLAME', 'AQASIA' and 'EURASIAN DREAM' as well as reported cases in other jurisdictions, such as Singapore.
Other notable casualties Jai has been involved in are the 'MOL COMFORT', 'MSC FLAMINIA', 'HYUNDAI FORTUNE', 'APL PANAMA', 'YM GREEN', 'HANJIN ITALY', 'HEUNG-A DRAGON' and 'PANAMAX TRADER'.

She started her business life as Consultant on Finans Sigorta in 2002. She worked on agency sales and technical directorate departments respectively. In 2003-2004, she worked as underwriting responsible in Finans Leasing. Between 2004-2005 she take charge in Advertisement Promotion group in Finans Bank General Directorate.
Since June 2005, she has been working as Education and Members Coordinator in İstanbul Underwriting Center.
Organization of education activities, planning and reporting education and service quality is under Müge's responsibility.

Seda was graduated from Uludağ University, School of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Finance. During her university education period, she underwent training on sales in the company named American Power Conversion. In 1999-2000 he underwent training for her department in a public accountant office. After her graduation, she worked on Duta Dış. Tic. Ltd. Şti., a company with foreign shareholders, as accounting director for 4 years. Within this period, she developed herself in domestic and foreign trade and in production. After working as customer relations and public relations departments on YKM stores in 2005-2006, and after working as Specialist on insurance sales area in Anadolu Sigorta, she joined Benefit Global Team in April 2008. She currently works as Marketing and Operations Manager. Seda is responsible for the close communication and service that Benefit provides to its customers.
