INSIGHT PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT GROUP - Key Persons

Insight Performance Management Group (IPMG), LLC was formally founded in Charlotte, North Carolina in 2013. Monica's business was a spin off from a consulting company she began in 2004 in the Hampton Roads, VA area. Monica's passion to help businesses came at a time when worlds collided in psychology and business, and her determination to understand the two dynamics of people and organizational systems, structures, processes and outcomes. Monica was the recipient of the 2016 Charlotte Chamber of Commerce Young Professional Public Servant Award. She also recently won two awards for her work in strategic planning and performance management. She received the Association for Strategic Planning - 2017 Richard M. Goodman Award for Strategic Planning, as well as led efforts in performance management resulting in Mecklenburg County receiving the International City/County Management Association's 2017 and 2020 Certificate of Distinction for Performance Management. In 2018, she was also nominated as one of Mecklenburg Times 50 Most Influential Women.
