Jena has transitioned her creativity to her love for interior design after over 9 years in the makeup industry. Always having had a passion for interior design, Jena recently made the decision to follow her dreams of becoming a designer. Her drive, desire to learn, and commitment to insure all clients have an excellent experience are just a few of the reasons we are thrilled to have her on our team at IBJ! Outside of work, Jena is a foodie (her fiancé is a chef!) In her spare time she loves to hang at the beach with her family and pups!

A South Jersey native, Krista has recently re-located back to the shore from the Mainline and has been a positive and upbeat addition to our team. With a degree in HR, Krista has spent the last decade plus turning her love for interior design and building her own personal homes, into a career. Having worked for Ballard for years, Krista learned how to incorporate a client's perspective and vision into a streamline design and has successfully done so for everyone she works with. Krista's easy demeanor and passion for learning all aspects of design has made her the perfect addition to IBJ.

Leeann has been a member of our team since 2017. She started on the floor as a showroom coordinator and then transitioned successfully to a junior designer. This past year, Leeann has taken her skillset and love for all things design and IBJ to run our social media, marketing and PR, and share our work with the world! Leeann's attention to detail, need to keep all things aesthetically pleasing and dedication to our team and industry make her the perfect fit to develop and grow our social media presence. Outside of work, Leeann homeschools her three children, Axel, Ocean, and Olive. You can find her at the beach with her family whenever the weather allows it!

Maryann joined our team in 2021 as our inventory manager and has since transitioned into a project coordinator role. With a background in healthcare and client services, Maryann brings great patience, problem solving and organizational skills to the IBJ team. Willing to take on any task, big or small, we can't imagine our team without her!

With project management as her primary experience, Samantha began at Interiors by Joann working the showroom floor and assisting all of the designers with their projects, quickly becoming the face every client at Interiors By Joann knew. 8 years later, Sam has transitioned smoothly into becoming IBJ's lead designer and naturally took the reins from Joann when she retired in 2021. Described as a talented and extremely knowledgeable designer by her clients, Sam is known for her commitment to all of her clients and she will not rest, literally, until she knows that every customer of Interiors by Joann is 100% satisfied with their experience.

Shanan has been with Interiors By Joann since 2018 and has been a very fun and upbeat addition to our team. Known for enthusiasm on the floor and willingness to make all of our customers feel at home, you certainly won't be bored working with Shanan. From designing the showroom floor to working with clients on a few pieces for their new home, Shanan is not just the face of the storefront but an integral part of all design projects. In her free time Shanan loves to spend time with her children, Juliet and JP, hang with her dog, Peeko, run on the Ocean City boardwalk, and always tries to make time for a glass of Prosecco!

With a degree in Television Production from Drexel, it didn't take long for Sloane to realize her true passion was Interior Design. First, gaining experience with an architectural firm, assisting in multiple roles and absorbing all she could about construction logistics at the ground level, she has since transitioned into residential interior design. Sloane not only joins us with her experience managing design projects with a multitude of clients, but also with her fun and upbeat attitude. With her drive to continue to grow in the design world and an emphasis in keeping all client's happy, Sloane has been a great addition to the our design team. However, we all know that Sloane's true love is her dog-son, Oakley! Outside of the design studio, you can find Sloane on the beach, traveling or with her golden - or often all three at once.
