Alessandra Perri

Alessandra Perri is Associate Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Faculty. Prior to joining Luiss, she worked at the Department of Business Administration of Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and at the Department of Management of Ca' Foscari University Venice. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Luiss University. Alessandra's main research interests are the strategic management of technological innovation in multinational and family firms, and the inter- and intra-organizational relationships aimed at knowledge creation. Her papers have appeared on primary international outlets such as Journal of International Business Studies, Research Policy, Global Strategy Journal, Journal of World Business, Industrial and Corporate Change, International Business Review, International Journal of Management Reviews. Alessandra has been a visiting scholar at several foreign universities, including Copenhagen Business School, Fox School of Business at Temple University, Henley Business School, IESE Business School and Melbourne University. In 2016, she was awarded the John H. Dunning Visiting Fellowship, sponsored by the John H. Dunning Centre for International Business at Henley Business School, University of Reading. Since 2014, she has been participating in the international research network "iBEGIN - International Business, Economic Geography and Innovation". Her research has received numerous awards, including the "John H. Dunning Best Doctoral Thesis Proposal Award", the "International Business Review Best Paper Award", the "Global Strategy Journal Best Paper Award", and the "AIB UK & Ireland Palgrave Best Competitive Paper Award". In 2016, she is a finalist for the Academy of International Business' Alan M. Rugman Most Promising Scholar Award. She has held the role of Principal Investigator in research projects funded by qualified national and international institutions, including the European Patent Office. Alessandra is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Industry & Innovation and serves in the Editorial Review Board of Global Strategy Journal.

Christian Lechner

Christian Lechner is Full Professor of Entrepreneurship. Before joining Luiss, he held faculty positions at the Free university of Bolzano and Toulouse Business School in France.. He earned a bachelor and master degree in Business Administration from the LMU University of Munich (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich), an MBA from the University of Georgia, USA and a PhD in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg. At the Free University of Bolzano he had launched and directed the PHD in Economics and Management and held responsibilities for the development of Technology Transfer, the Research Cluster in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. His research interests center around drivers of entrepreneurship and growth, entrepreneurial teams, heuristics, outliers and the interface between organizational design and performance. His research has been has been published in journals such as Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development and International Small Business Journal. He is Consulting Editor and Editorial Board Member International Small Business Journal. He has been actively involved in developing entrepreneurship activities in the institutions previously served. Christian Lechner has launched and directed Master Programs in Entrepreneurship, the Incubator of Toulouse Business School, developed innovative financing instruments together with public administration (matching funds for business angel, young founders' grants, …), served investment boards and acted as startup advisor in several firms.

Cristiano Busco

PhD in Accounting at the University of Manchester, Cristiano is the MBA Director at Luiss Business School, and professor of Accounting and Integrated Reporting at Roehampton University, London, and previously also at Luiss Guido Carli University, Rome, Italy. He has also held teaching and research positions within the US (University of Southern California - LA - and Babson College, - Boston -), UK (Manchester Business School), Irish (National University of Ireland, Galway) and Italian universities (University of Siena). Cristiano's research focuses on management accounting, performance measurement, as well as integrated thinking and reporting. Enzo Peruffo

Academic at Luiss Guido Carli University since 2007, currently Full Professor of Corporate Strategy, Associate Dean for Education and Director of the MBA & Executive Education area at Luiss Business School. Enzo was Visiting Researcher at IE Business School (2018-2021), visiting scholar at INSEAD and at Texas Christian University. He is the author of more than 100 research papers covering corporate strategy topics with a special focus on disinvestment strategy, corporate governance and the role of the board in strategic planning, family business and innovation. His research work has been published in many top national and international journals (including Strategic Organization, Journal of Business Research, Corporate Governance: an international review; International Journal of Management Reviews; IEEE TEM, Technological Forecasting and Social Change). He is currently a member of the Steering Committee, of the Faculty Board Executive Committee at Luiss Business School and Chair of FOME (Future of Management Education) - an international alliance of Business Schools.

Luca Mongelli is Marie Curie Research Fellow (Horizon2020) at IESE Business School in Barcelona, and Executive Director of Market, Culture and Ethics (MCE) research center, at the Pontificia Università della Santa Croce di Roma (Pontifical University of the Holy Cross) in Rome. PhD in Management at Luiss, Luca has also been visiting scholar at Royal School of Technology in Stockholm (2010) and the Stern Business School, belonging to NYU (2011). During his academic career he has been Associate Dean for Faculty, Head of Custom & Consulting Programmes, Director of the Master in Business Administration (MBA) of the Luiss Business School and Director of Master of Science in Corporate Finance at Luiss University. He also serves as Advisory Board Member of the Southampton Business School. He got his Ph.D. in Management from the University Bologna and has been visiting scholar at the Department of Economics of the University of California at Berkeley and at the Bank of Italy. Sara holds a BA in Foreign Languages for Business and Administration and a MA in Foreign Languages for International Communication both achieved at LUMSA University of Rome. Thanks to a scholarship gained at LUMSA, she spent a significant study period at Stony Brook University (NY, USA) and in London. She gained professional experience in very different companies according to social impact and width, including one at Luiss Business School, in two different areas: Custom Programs and ERShub, as a Project Assistant.
