JAN NORTON

With over twenty years' experience in the public sector, Jan has spent the last ten years working on a freelance basis, as a consultant, project manager, facilitator and trainer, mostly working on the implementation of a range of national policies. She has worked in the field of teenage pregnancy and young people's sexual health for six years. She specialises in making sense of implementing policy at a local level with a solutions-focused approach. She is particularly skilled in building relationships at all levels and developing a safe space for an honest and open dialogue. Jan also works with PCT Senior Management Teams, third and independent sector organisations... We work mostly with the public sector on the implementation of national and local policy in ways that are tailored to specific local needs. We offer a portfolio of services across several key policy areas and have experience of working with people at all levels across a range of organisations.
