Jacinthe is really professional and I felt very comfortable explaining what my worries were with facial laser. She explained everything very carefully and it is no more a worry. I have been going for 3 months now and I am already seeing results. Surely, it's not pain free,(as explained)but she does it fast enough to forget about the pain and think about the results! Even thinking about doing other areas !

I've had a great experience going to Jazz! She is very professional and clearly very knowledgeable about what she does. She's been been doing laser hair removal for a long time which made me feel confident in going to her and she makes you feel comfortable from the start. She's was also very transparent about the process, what results you should expect, the pain involved etc. Her spa is located in a residential area, in the basement of her home and it's quite a nice set up! She also has a discount for CFOne Card members which was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Jazz to anyone I know!!

Went for a consult and Jazz was extremely professional, personable and took the time to explain everything to my understanding (the good, the bad, the ugly ). Jazz was off the next day and as I wanted to be seen to start the process immediately, she found time for me on her day off the next day - extremely accommodating!My 1st session was almost 2 hours and within 15 minutes I felt like I was talking to an old girlfriend. I was well prepared with what to expect as she told me what she needed from me pre-appointment to make it a success. My hair is very dark and I saw a HUGE difference after only 1 treatment!!! I had, I would say 70-80% less hair (I am talking about my bikini and armpit areas). Unbelievable!!!
