Ashley Lauber

Ms. Lauber graduated from Seattle University School of Law with a strong commitment to serving social justice and the public interest. During school, she participated in the Ronald Peterson Law Clinic's Predatory Lending program where she assisted homeowners in fighting banks to keep their homes during the economic downturn. She also volunteered with Multifaith Works, a community organization dedicated to the de-stimatization and support of individuals living with HIV and AIDS. After graduation, Ms. Lauber was hired by a downtown Seattle firm where she learned bankruptcy law and met Ms. Dancey and saw the potential for important advocacy in debt relief services for folks struggling to find their financial stability. Now, an experienced debt negotiator, and bankruptcy practitioner, Ms. Lauber believes deeply in resolving issues of access to legal services and is proud to provide low-bono and sliding scale services through the firm. Conner Spani

Conner graduated from Arizona State University with a B.A. in Business Law. He then graduated from Willamette University with a J.D. and an M.B.A. During his time in law school, Conner clerked for the Oregon Department of Justice and the Washington State Office of the Attorney General. After graduation, Conner worked as a litigation attorney in a mid sized Seattle firm before starting a solo practice law firm. Conner joined Lauber Dancey of counsel in 2023 and primarily practices family law. Conner takes an empathetic and practical approach to family law cases to find the most efficient and best result. However, as an experienced litigation attorney, Conner is prepared to advocate for his clients in a more aggresive style, if necessary.

Jaclyn Bray

Jaclyn Bray's practice primarily focuses on family law, probate and trust administration, and estate planning. Jacki is an experienced attorney who works hard to achieve the best results possible for her clients. She is known for providing compassionate support to her clients while tirelessly advocating for them both inside and outside the courtroom. Jacki listens carefully to each client's needs, takes the time to develop and maintain a close relationship with them, and works with them to set realistic goals and to guide them through the often daunting legal process. This approach has allowed Jacki to obtain advantageous results for her clients. Jacki received her undergraduate degree from Baldwin-Wallace College, her law degree from Seattle University, and has been a member of the Washington State Bar Association since 2006. Prior to Lauber Dancey, Jacki spent 10 years practicing law at a downtown Seattle firm. When not practicing law, Jacki enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

Jillian Kerbacher

Jillian grew up in Texas and Pennsylvania but with roots in the Pacific Northwest. She graduated from Austin College in Sherman, Texas with a double major in German and International Relations. Following graduation, she volunteered for a state computer education program serving adults in rural Texas. After making the move to Seattle, Jillian attended law school at Seattle University School of Law. While there, she worked in the Ronald Peterson Law Clinic's International Human Rights Clinic and Youth Advocacy Clinic. Since receiving her Juris Doctor, she regularly volunteers with the King County Housing Justice Project, helping low-income tenants facing eviction. Jillian advises clients regarding landlord-tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt negotiations and dissolutions. Apart from practicing law, Jillian spends her time with her family and friends as well as hiking and bouldering.
